If you haven’t been to The Vineyard Farmer’s Market, you are truly missing out on one of Fresno’s best places to get fresh, local produce.  Located on the corner of Blackstone and Shaw beneath a tall, vine-covered arbor, it is one of the great outlets for farm fresh goods in the area.  And there’s a lot to be had here, from stone fruit to grass-fed beef and everything between, with many certified organic options.

The market is open year-round, Wednesday from 3pm – 6pm, and Saturday from 7am – noon.  It’s best to get there early on either day, as it gets busy and all the best produce gets picked over quickly.  Stop by, and you’ll see why it’s so popular!  Here are some of the many great things spotted at last Saturday’s Market:
